Shipping is calculated at checkout. If there are special shipping fees to your country we will contact you once we have received your order.

Delivery usually takes 7 to 22 business days but can take longer depending on the supplier, your location and customs controls. If certain goods are made specially for you like large size shoes processing time may take 5 to 10 days. If sequin dresses are made specially for you, it generally takes between 4 and 6 weeks.

Our products are shipped directly by our suppliers from their location.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Queenofdrag.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, custom controls etc...

If you have ordered more than one item, it is very likely that you’re going receive them separately as we have several providers who all ship from their own location.

Shipping itself is indicated on our website but local duties and customs clearings may affect the final price. It is the customer’s responsibility to learn about these extra fees.

In case the package is rejected by the customer or not picked up from the post office therefore the order is returned we are not responsible and it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the shipping fee.
